After working in the commercial real estate industry in Florida, Joshua Masino joined Madison Partners in 2010. His responsibilities include identifying individual or portfolios of residential or commercial properties that fit within the investment thesis of the company. He also performs the financial analysis of the properties that have been recognized as potential acquisitions. Moreover, he locates residential and commercials properties that fit well within the property management services that are offered by Madison Partners. Joshua was born and raised in Dallas and attended St. Mark’s School of Texas.
