Madison Partners is pleased to announce exciting new tenants for Exposition Park, including the locations formerly occupied by Amsterdam Bar and Meridian Room. Madison’s properties in Exposition Park already include many outstanding unique local businesses and artists including, but not limited to, Craft & Growler, Pizza Lounge, Ochre House, Rob’s Chop Shop, Hollywood Five & Dime, B Donnas, Richard Patterson (artist recently featured in D Magazine), Beefhaus and others. Madison is excited to welcome the following tenants to the area because they all add to the eclectic mixed-use nature of Exposition Park:
Eight Bells Alehouse – Meri Dahlke and Michael Hickey of Ten Bells Tavern are bringing a new concept to Dallas in the space formerly occupied by the Amsterdam Bar. Eight Bells Alehouse will be continuing on with the award winning tradition of Ten Bells by providing an inviting, casual atmosphere designed to appeal to those seeking a simple cold beer or house made cocktails. Eight Bells will also be providing an interesting selection of European inspired food items.
Expo Bar and Grill – The former owners of Lakewood Theater and Arcade Bar will be occupying the old Meridian Room space at 3611 Parry Avenue. The new concept will be called Expo Bar and Grill and the tenant is already under construction to update the space. Expo Bar and Grill will include a small menu of well-crafted comfort food and will be designed as a comfortable and approachable neighborhood saloon featuring local craft beers. The goal is to create an updated neighborhood hangout while keeping the nostalgic feel of the old building.
Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters – Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters, which is an East Dallas small batch artisanal coffee bean roaster, have leased 819 Exposition Avenue for their coffee roasting operation as well as retail sales of their fresh roasted coffee beans and coffee tastings. You can find their ethically sourced, sustainably grown coffee beans at local specialty food retailers, the White Rock Local Market, and Café Momentum as well as in foods produced by Dude, Sweet Chocolate, Lakewood Brewing Company, PopStar Popsicles, The Slow Bone, and Carnival Barker’s Ice Cream.
